Sardar Dost Muhammad Khosa (Urdu: دوست محمد کھوسہ ) (born October 22, 1973) is a Pakistani politician affiliated with center-right Pakistan Muslim League (N). He was elected as the Chief Minister of Pakistan's most populous province, Punjab on 12 April, 2008. Dost Muhammad Khosa, who is son of former Punjab governor Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa was born in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab. He won the general election 2008 from Punjab provincial seat 244 Dera Ghazi Khan 5.

Sardar Dost Muhammad Khosa received his primary education from Aitchison College (Lahore), secondary education from Government College (Lahore), graduating from Punjab University (Lahore).

In his political career, Dost Khosa was first elected as MPA when his father vacated provincial seat after taking oath as Punjab Governor in August 1999. He had also served as UC Nazim of Churratta, D.G. Khan and later as Naib District Nazim D.G. Khan till contest of general election-2008. Dost Muhammad Khosa was PML-N, DG Khan, district President for the last eight years and was arrested many times during this period on political grounds.app

Dost Muhammad Khosa is the son of former Punjab Governor Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa. He is the youngest of three brothers.
