Dorothea Maria of Anhalt (2 July 1574 - 18 July 1617), was a German princess and by marriage duchess of Saxe-Weimar.
She was born at Dessau, the third child (but ninth in order of birth, included the children of his father by his first marriage) of Joachim Ernst of Anhalt and Eleonore of Württemberg, his second wife.
In Altenburg on 1 January 1593 she married with Johann, Duke of Saxe-Weimar. They had twelve children, included the famous general Bernhard of Saxe-Weimar and Ernst I of Saxe-Gotha.
Dorothea Maria had an accident while riding a horse and died of the injuries at Weimar. Her funeral took place on 24 August 1617 in the Schloss Hornstein (later Wilhelmsburg Castle); in this occasion, the Fruitbearing Society was created and her younger brother, Ludwig of Anhalt-Köthen, was appointed his first head.
