In Iran: Dorna is the name of a mythical bird in Iranian folklore that searches for love all of its life and, when it finds true love, the bird flies into a thorn bush and dies, having achieved its ultimate desire.
In Spain: Dorna is the name of a boat type, from Galicia. This type is a small wooden boat, which has its origins in viking models, seen in attacks made by this nordic people over the shore of northwest region of Spain.
