Dorgali is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 130 km northeast of Cagliari and about 20 km east of Nuoro. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 8,290 and an area of 225.0 km².[1]
The municipality of Dorgali contains the frazione (subdivision) Cala Gonone.
Dorgali borders the following municipalities: Baunei, Galtellì, Lula, Nuoro, Oliena, Orgosolo, Orosei, Orune, Urzulei.
