This software is copyrighted, but its screenshot is being used in the Directory Opus under U.S. fair use laws, because:

it helps to visually identify the software; in that sense it furthers the goal of providing verifiable information.
it does not limit, nor does it claim to, limit the rights of the copyright holder.
it does not, in any way, assist in illegal reproduction of the software or any other things covered by the license of the software.
it is being used for informational purposes.

The screenshot also shows icons from AutoWiki Browser, which is available under GPL. It also shows pictures, which are self taken pictures, and I am releasing them under GFDL
