Well my name is Robert Townsend, my grandfathers name is Donald Townsend, part of my family came to america on the Mayflower from England, and then in the second immigration wave, my family Moved from Germany, to England, To america. I reside in North Dakota. -- Hrödberäht 19:23, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
That's an interesting genealogy. Donald Townsend is not my real name but has been my web alias for ages for convenience. The only thing I share with my alias are its initials. So, sorry to disappoint you. If you google for Donald Townsend or donaldtownsend you'll come across a number of places where I left traces.--Donaldtownsend 19:39, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
Dang, i see. :( I was really surprised at first regarding your user name and location, to be honest my grandfather Don called me about 2 hours before that day, to wish me and my family a Merry Christmas, thats how noticed it. -- Hrödberäht 00:25, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Olpe.png)
Thanks for uploading Image:Olpe.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 04:08, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

The task force dedicated to creating and improving articles on all German cities and municipalities is happy to announce that there are now (at least) stub articles for all municipalities of Germany. Now the task force is looking for help in fleshing these out a little bit. The current phase of activity for the task force is to copy in infoboxes from the articles in German Wikipedia. If you want to help, even just for a few articles, look at the instructions and links here
There are now way over 26.000 articles tagged as part of our Wikiproject and many still need either an importance or a quality assessment. Also there are many more out there that do need to be tagged like approx 8000 municipalities. If you would like to help take a browse through Articles needing Importance assessment or Articles needing a basic quality assessment. |
