I think the burden of proof should be the other way around. Unless evidence could be provided that the region's name was written in a certain way, we should assume the default quoc ngu orthography. Adding Chinese characters willy-nilly without proper sourcing smacks of original research to me. DHN 22:41, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
