[edit] This is all wrong

This article suggests that all Turkish ice cream is made from Sahlep. This is not the case. Dondurma is the Turkish word for ice cream. The ice cream made from sahlep is called Maraṣ. The first citation in the article describes it all quite well. Can we have a source to the fact use of mastic gum in Turkish ice cream? Hepatacyte 23:20, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
