Don Abel's son Mark was badly injured in a skiing accident when he was in high school. This caused him to be paralyzed from the waste down and he regained only partial use of his arms and hands. Mark worked hard to build a life and business for himself, but I don't have many of the details. If someone out there does, can you please add it? Also, I think it would be good to have more written about the Dundas Review paper him and his wife (I am pretty sure her name was Debbie) started after he left office.
