The following problems need to be resolved before it can measure up to any kind quality assurances:

  • The article needs a lot of copyediting.
  • The quotes are dull and consist of nothing but stereotypical school pep.
  • The image syntax is really terrible and the choice of images is very unencyclopedic. Pictures of small student groups are not the least bit relevant to an encyclopedia. A few (about 4-6) pictures of exterior and interior is more than enough.
  • The article is in effect unverifiable since this school "School Improvement Plan" doesn't seem to be something one can find at the local library.
  • A lot of the article reads like a pamphlet and there is an excruciating amount of detail about the education of individual teachers, the merits of members of the student's union and other forms of trivia.
  • There are too many lists and tables. If they can't easily be converted into prose, they should probably be removed altogether.
  • There are several references to Kevin Ray, the article author himself, which may be a problem. Even if this reference is relevant, linking to one's own user page in article mainspace is not. See Wikipedia:Avoid self-references.

When improving the article, try to write with someone who has no initial interest or knowledge about the topic in mind. Currently, it reads more like a recruitment pamphlet than an encyclopedic article.
