Shleby's arrests are part of the Hennepin County District Court Record, Shelby's appearance intoxicated is available via archived info at the Minneapolis Star Tribue, and Emmanuel Serstock will tell you flat out about Shelby's vendetta.

Obviously someone has a secret fetish for Don Shelby.... Scrubbing the alcoholism and arrests from his wiki entry? For shame.....

I'm a transplant from Kansas, and when I came to Minnesota I was kind of fond of this guy. As time goes on, I have really begun to detest him. His ranting, misguided, opinion segments make me wish I was somewhere else when I hear them. I have stopped watching CCO all together. This man makes himself look ridiculous. He should be let go and put in a home. Way to overstay a welcome, tough guy.
