Nice start. It would be nice to have more citations and references for verification. For example, I found no mention of him at all in a historical search of the New York Times. When did he live? -- Perspective 16:08, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

OK. Found the obit, added to article. Can someone please fill-in complete references for the ITG and citations or sources for the book? -- Perspective 18:26, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
I bot Jake's Method from Rayburn Music, Boston, MA back in 2/02. They also had CDs of "Have Conns Will Travel" (which I already had on record) and "Jacoby Brings the House Down." Book was published by Jockobitz Publisher, Denton, TX, but I think they are no longer in business. Gene Brown, Bellevue, WA 5/12/06
Thanks, Gene. I also see the book in a library catalog, so I'll add it to the article. Anyone can edit. Click Help on this page, or Editing help on any Edit page. -- Perspective 21:33, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
