Purpose of use	FAIR USE RATIONALE This is a promotional photo for the person in question, reprinted on the March 1961 cover of Eternity magazine, a memorial issue honoring Rev. Barnhouse following his death the previous November. Its use here is entirely encyclopedic in nature, for identification purposes solely in the Wikipedia article about this notable person. This image is a reduced size, low resolution image of the subject. As such, it is non-reproducible for commercial purposes. Use of this reduced resolution image does not limit the ability of the copyright owner, Eternity magazine, to market or sell their product(s), nor will it diminish the value of the original media to the Copyright Holder.
