This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright, it is asserted that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover.
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way.
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.
4. The image on the cover is significant because it was made by a a famous member of notable band Steely Dan, Donald Fagen.
5. It is only being used to illustrate the album in question, and not Donald Fagen himself.
