Donnie Burns , born in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, is a British professional ballroom dancer.

With his partner, Gaynor Fairweather, they were 14 times undefeated World Professional Latin champions and honored to be Members of the Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.).
