Donggar is a town in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. It lies at an altitude of 3828 metres (12,562 feet). The village has a population of about 3192 people and lies roughly 10 miles north of Nam Co lake.

It lies approximately 17.8 miles south of Dobjoi and is near Cha'gyungoinba.
