Doncaster College is a further and higher education college in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England It comprises two campuses, which are known as The Hub and The University Centre, Doncaster.

The College employs around 1,200 staff and accommodates around 33,000 part and full time students aged 16+.

In its latest Ofsted report, published in July 2007, the college was judged to be Inadequate, and failing in almost every area.[2] This led the Learning and Skills Council to threaten withdrawing financial support for the college unless improvements were made.[3]
The number of part-time courses were reduced from September 2007, due to a £500,000 reduction in funding.[4]

[edit] The Hub
Opened in September 2006, the main campus is a £65m Waterfront development on the outskirts of Doncaster town centre. The main IT facilities, that include an infrastructure to deliver remote and online learning, a drama studio and a Learning Resource Centre are located here.[5]
[edit] University Centre, Doncaster
The University Centre is the College’s second campus located at High Melton, six miles west of Doncaster. The Doncaster Business School is based here as are most of the higher education courses.
