Donbassaero (Донбассаэро) is an airline based in Donetsk, Ukraine. It operates domestic and international scheduled services. Its main bases are Donetsk Airport and Kharkiv Osnova International Airport[1].

The airline was founded in 1933 as Donetsk State Airline, then re-organized and re-branded as Donbassaero in 2003. Their web site was launched in July 2005 and their online booking system started in November 2005.[citation needed]

Donbassaero operates the following services (at March 2008):
- Domestic scheduled destinations: Chernivtsi, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kiev, Odessa and Simferopol.
- International scheduled destinations: Aleppo, Athens, Antalya Amman, Barcelona, Baku, Beirut, Dalaman, Dubai, Istanbul, Larnaca, Milan-Malpensa, Moscow-Domodedovo, Moscow-Vnukovo, Sharm-El-Sheik, Tbilisi, Tel Aviv, Vienna, Yerevan.
- International cargo destinations: The company assures several weekly cargo connections from Faro Airport, Portugal to Mauritania.
