Donato Bilancia

Donato Bilancia: (b. July 10, 1951 in Potenza, Italy) is an Italian serial killer.
He has killed at least 17 people in Liguria, Italy from 1997 to May 1998. On February 14, 2001 he was sentenced to 13 life imprisonments and 28 years of prison added to the life sentences.[1]
