Donald D. Owens (born 1926) is a minister and emeritus general superintendent in the Church of the Nazarene.
Owens had a diverse career in ministry with the Church of the Nazarene. He served as a missionary pastor to South Korea. He was a professor at Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. He was also the founding president of Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary in Manila and the second president of MidAmerica Nazarene College (now University) in Olathe, Kansas.
At the 1989 General Assembly Owens was elected to the highest office in the Church of the Nazarene. He served two terms being re-elected in 1993 until he retired in 1997.
