Donald Herbert Louis Gollan (born January 19, 1896 - died August 13, 1971) was a British rower who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics.
In 1928 he was part of the British eight, which won the silver medal. He was a member of both Thames Rowing Club andVesta Rowing Club. He was deaf and mute. His father was the racehorse owner and sportsman Spencer Gollan.
