Don de Dieu is a Triple wheat ale which is refermented in the bottle. It is brewed by Unibroue from Quebec. The beer and label is inspired by the explorer Samuel de Champlain de Brouage and his ship the Don de Dieu ("Gift of God"). In 1608 he sailed the ship up the St. Lawrence River to a point where the river narrows between high cliffs, and was suited for a strategic defensive position. He landed and founded a settlement now known as Quebec.

Don de Dieu has won four gold medals from the Beverage Testing Institute since its introduction in 1998. [1]
