Don Smith (born June 3, 1888 in Cornwall, Ontario - May 13, 1959) was a Canadian professional hockey player who played for the Montreal Canadiens, Montreal Shamrocks, Montreal Wanderers and the Renfrew Creamery Kings.

Smith played 7 seasons in the defunct National Hockey Association (NHA) for the Montreal Wanderers, Montreal Canadiens, Montreal Shamrocks and the Renfrew Creamery Kings. Smith left the league at the conclusion of the 1915–16 NHA season to serve in the war. Upon his return, in 1919–20 Smith re-joined the Montreal Canadiens, who had moved to the National Hockey League, for one last year of professional hockey.
