Don't Break My Heart was the Romanian entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2003, performed in English by Nicola.
The song is an up-tempo number, with Nicola addressing a friend and potential lover. She tells him that she will be there for him if that's what he wants, but that if he breaks her heart that will change.
The song was performed twenty-fourth on the night (following Estonia's Ruffus with Eighties Coming Back and preceding Sweden's Fame with Give Me Your Love). At the close of voting, it had received 73 points, placing 10th in a field of 26.
It was succeeded as Romanian representative at the 2004 Contest by Sanda with I Admit.
