== Fields (1970s band) ==
Hi, and thanks for your polite email (a rare quality nowadays). About the deletion, according to WP:MUSIC I seriously doubt the notability of a band with a lifespan of less than one year and only one album. I am not familiar with the allmusic site, so I don't know if it just list avaiölable and past albums (by itself not a sign of notability) or if it indicates notability. I feel the deletion of the article is justified, but if you disagree there are two options: 1) you request undeletion as per WP:UNDEL, or I can undelete it and list it for deletion so more users can look at it and judge its notability. For the latter one, i would like to have some citation of notability as per WP:MUSIC, e.g. a famous band member, major awards, etc. Either way is fine by me -- Chris 73 | Talk 20:56, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
