[edit] The IL-18 Picture Labelled as a Tu-114

As noted, the photo of the static historic aircraft outside of the airport is indeed an IL-18, not a Tu-114. While the Tu-114 is exceedingly rare, the IL-18 is not only common, a number of them are still in revenue service, primarily as cargo aircraft. For comparitave purposes, this is what a Tu-114 looks like:

In this context I am going to re-caption the picture to correct the plane's identity.
