Majorization should definitely be cross-linked, but I think that the two topics are too distinct to warrant a merger. The most important issue: unlike majorization, the dominance order applies to partitions, whose parts are assumed to be arranged in a weakly decreasing order. Both the techniques and the applications have different flavor: convex geometry and convex analysis in the case of majorization, combinatorics and representation theory in the case of dominance ordering.
