Dominik Graňák (born June 11, 1983 in Havířov, Czechoslovakia), is a professional Slovakian ice hockey player. He is currently playing for the Färjestads BK in the Elitserien. He joined the club in April 2007. Before joining Färjestad he played for HC Slavia Praha.
He has represented Slovakia in four World Championships, including 2007.
