The Dominican Republic women's national volleyball team represents the Dominican Republic in international volleyball competitions. Its biggest win came in 2003, when the squad surprisingly won the 2003 Pan American Games on home soil. The dominant forces in women's volleyball in North and Central America are Cuba and the United States.
