Domenico Cardinal Consolini (Domenico Antonio Luigi Pacifico Nicola Baldassare Consolini) (June 7, 1806December 20, 1884) was an Italian Cardinal born in Senigallia. He was the fourth son of the Marchese Tommaso Consolini and Angela Grapelli.

He studied at Senigallia and later at the Pontifical Academy of Ecclesiastical Nobles, Rome, receiving the Sacred Orders as bishop in Rome, on December 20, 1832. He was the last catholic man created a bishop without first being ordained a priest.

Appointed Cardinal during the consistory of June 22, 1866, he received the red hat and the deaconry of Santa Maria in Domnica. He was Camerlengo of the Holy Church from March 24, 1884 until his death.

After his death, his body was exposed at the church of Saint Eustachio, being buried temporarily in Campo Verano cemetery, Rome. Later, the countess Marcolini Solustri, daughter of the marchise Teresa Consolini in Solustri, took his bones back to Senigallia where was later reburied at the local Cimitero delle Grazie. His epitaph read: DOMENICO CONSOLINI - CARDINALE - CAMERLENGO - DI S.R.C.
