Doiwala is a town and a nagar panchayat in Dehradun district in the state of Uttarakhand, India.

As of 2001 India census[1], Doiwala had a population of 8047. Males constitute 54% of the population and females 46%. Doiwala has an average literacy rate of 76%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 82% and, female literacy is 70%. In Doiwala, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.
