DOF ASA (OSE: DOF) is a Norwegian supply shipping company that operates 65 vessels, of which 26 are owned. This includes 22 platform supply vessels, 18 anchor handling tug supply vessels and 25 multi purpose supply vessels. Along with Solstad it owns the Brazilian supply company Norskan Offshore. It also owns part of the public listed GEO ASA.
DOF was founded in 1981 and has its main offices in Austevoll, Norway. Since 1997 it has been listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, at the time called District Offshore, gaining its present name in 2000. The largest owner is DOF Holding (50.8%).
