[edit] Peripheral Vision (silent witness episode)

Hi! What is your source for the text in Peripheral Vision (silent witness episode)? It looks very much like cut and paste. Also, have you considered creating a article about all of the episodes per season rather than short articles about each one? Also, your links on the main page for Silent Witness are mostly linking to existing articles that happen to be the episode names. Cheers. --EarthPerson 16:00, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Removing speedy delete headers

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself, as you did with Peripheral Vision (Silent Witness episode). If you do not believe the article should be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page (please do not remove any existing speedy deletion tag) and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you.--EarthPerson 19:28, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

And your changing of a few words here and there is not enough to avoid this still being plagiarism. --EarthPerson 19:28, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from articles you have created yourself, as you did with Double Dare (Silent Witness episode). Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you.--EarthPerson 19:33, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Deleting pages

You can place {{db-author}} in the pages, but please stop removing the speedy delete headers. Thanks. --EarthPerson 19:35, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:GW377H251.jpeg

Thanks for uploading Image:GW377H251.jpeg. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 07:56, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Using the {{administrator}} template

Hi. Please don't place the administrator template on your userpage, as you're not one. The icon lets people know who can handle the administrative issues with the extra (protect/delete/block/unblock etc) buttons, something users without the administrator flag can't do. Thanks, PeterSymonds | talk 08:40, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

That's alright :) Honest mistake. Best, PeterSymonds | talk 11:32, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:PD episode1-3 0144.jpg}

Thank you for uploading Image:PD episode1-3 0144.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check:

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. [edit] Fair use rationale for Image:PD episode1-3 0144.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:PD episode1-3 0144.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Polly (Parrot) 15:36, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:PD episode1-3 0144.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:PD episode1-3 0144.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. NotifyBot (talk) 15:34, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Copyright problem

Hi Doctorwhomad11. Please do not copy a plot section from another website, as occurred on The Happy Place [2]. This is a copyright violation. Such information needs to be rewritten in your own words before it is posted on Wikipedia. I have proposed The Happy Place for deletion, because it is an unaired episode that fails WP:CRYSTAL. If I can help you with anything, feel free to leave a message on my talk page. Bláthnaid 17:46, 7 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of The Happy Place

I have nominated The Happy Place, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Happy Place. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Bláthnaid 20:52, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
