Dobbins Landing is a dock, recreational, and entertainment area. Located on Presque Isle Bay in Erie, Pennsylvania, Dobbins Landing contains the Bicentennial Tower, The Sheraton Erie Hotel; part of the Bayfront Convention Center, and is the terminus for State Street. It was named after Captain Daniel Dobbins, who was a sailing master in the U.S. Navy and supervised the construction of a squadron of warships used in the Battle of Lake Erie.[1]
