"Priest Maxi's actions upon being discovered with Mrs. Donovan in the confessional are incredibly parallel to those of Jerry Falwell after his being caught using prostitutes."

I think that was actually Jimmy Swaggart as the Falwell article doesn't mention this at all! --ChristopherM 07:00, 23 July 2006 (UTC)

When Satan says Saddam's name instead of Chris's, it's a parody of when Ross says Rachel's name at his and Emily's wedding (Friends). 69.210.39.86 06:07, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Removed Falwell reference

I removed the entire line about Falwell, as I can't find any reference to this incident (and I think I would have remembered, anyway). I haven't seen this episode, so can't verify if it parallels the Swaggart case. If so, please reinstate the corrected line. --Jeff 20:19, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hour of Power

I just saw this as a rerun, and during the commercial break they advertised The Hour of Power. I laughed my ass off, but now I wonder if it was a fake commercial like the one in the Mr Hanky episode. (I'd muted the TV, and anyway I was laughing too hard to tell tell the real thing from a farce.) Was it a fake commercial, which we should include in the article, or proof of a beneficent Deity? kwami (talk) 10:22, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Not a fake -- I just saw that episode, too, and that commercial wasn't in it; nor do I recall seeing it on previous showings. I also assume it was a coincidence that there was a phone dating ad that aired during Cartman Joins NAMBLA. 76.199.137.78 (talk) 09:47, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
Oh, that is too funny. kwami (talk) 11:51, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:410 candleconvo.gif

Image:410 candleconvo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
