1. It is the logo of a notable, non-profit organisation
2. The logo has not been used in a manner which indicates
   1. Endorsement of the Wikimedia Foundation, nor any subsidiaries thereof, by DNS Belgium
   2. Endorsement of DNS Belgium, nor any subsidiaries thereof, by the Wikimedia Foundation
3. The logo provides encyclopedic value in that it identifies uniquely the organisation under description
4. The image used is presented at a lower resolution
