[edit] Baha'i icon

First off welcome to Wikipedia! :) Anyway - just refering to Media:Bahai.jpg. Thanks for it, but do you know the licence under which it is available? If you could link me to the site I'll try and find out. Its just that you've not put any licence up. It's probably available under fair use, but I'd rather check.

Cheers -- Tomhab 21:19, 14 Apr 2005 (UTC)

It SHOULD be public domain (and I've changed the page to reflect this). However, this is assuming that the Baha'i Universal House of Justice has no copyright on the image. - DNewhall

[edit] MUMPS

A recent discussion near the top of the Talk:MUMPS concerns me. User:Spinoza1111, self-identified as Edward G. Nilges, seems far from neutral in his personal opinions of MUMPS. This does not mean he won't be able to edit neutrally. He may provide useful balance in some parts of the article. Don't overreact to his edits, but do keep MUMPS on your watchlist. See his comments at http://www.developerdotstar.com/community/node/279 . BTW He says he is downloading a free MUMPS and intends to familiarize himself with it before editing the MUMPS article. [edit] WikiProject Fascism

Violence and propaganda are two separate things. Plus the bullet point says "or" anyway, so why would you object to two separate bullet points? Thanks. Icemountain 01:24, 14 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Juan Peron

Please, re your comment:

Correct, Juan Peron was not fascist so I have removed the tag. In fact, the last sentence in Passmore's book in the section about Peron (pg. 87) is "The Peronist regime also left room for opposition - it was neither totalitarian nor fascist."

  • I'm not familiar with Passmore. Can you give me a reference to his book? Jclerman 01:42, 14 November 2005 (UTC)
Thanks very much for the reference. Passmore's statements appear to be strongly contradicted by new postings to the Talk:Peron page which would support reinstating the tag. Jclerman 19:52, 16 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Fascism Portal

Thanks for making a start, I've been too busy the last few days and was hoping someone would take the lead on this Lurker 13:22, 17 March 2006 (UTC)

Please check out and comment on the Rfc filed against me for trying to have NBP libel about me removed. Wikipedia:Requests_for_comment/69.253.195.228

[edit] VFDed Post-object programming

I've VFDed Post-object programming, and seen you contributed to the article, so maybe are interested in the deletion discussion. --euyyn 01:08, 20 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Collectivism and Intangible

Some of us are having the same discussion over at Nazism. Intangible seems out of control. I am considering an arbitration. I was just seeking a compromise. A number of allies of Intangible seem to be lining up to support the addition of collectivism in a didactic manner to at least two pages. Any suggestions welcome. I am at a lose to figure out what to do.--Cberlet 01:40, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] New Force and Corporatism

Could you possibly elaborate on your labelling of New Force as a political party in favor of corporatism perhaps with some sources? I know many Social Alternative voters and have never once heard them or their local candidates advocate corporatism. --NEMT 20:25, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Please do not prevent editing

I am in the process of expanding the Eiffel article. A top-down process where the titles come first, then the contents in the next couple of days, is perfectly reasonable. Please do not interfere with the rewriting; the article is very bad as it stands and it will take a lot of work to get it right. Thanks in advance. Fuchsias 21:16, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] RfM

User:Cberlet seems to be on the road. Is this a problem for mediation? Intangible 12:14, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

Actually, that would be a massive problem. I've removed him from the RfM, at least for now, so it won't get automatically rejected. - DNewhall 12:30, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Labarum & Fasces

I do not agree with the remark (and the edit) that labarum has nothing to do with fasces. I draw your attention to the passage from Fasces.

The axe represented the ultimate power of high justice to execute (decapitate), and has a long history in the eastern Mediterranean — such as the labrys, the Anatolian and Minoan double-headed axe, which were later incorporated into the praetorial fasces.

The ideas are closely related and should be not ignored. --Aethralis 12:01, 27 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fascism and Nazism as representative forms of socialism

I am sorry to bother you, but I really need some help. There is an ongoing campaign by a few editors to portray Fascism and Nazism as representative forms of socialism. As part of this effort (a debate that stretches back to 2004), there are a tiny handful of editors who revert and redirect National Socialism to Nazism. I believe a majority of editors support redirecting National Socialism to National Socialism (disambiguation). I realize we just had a poll on the Nazism page where I thought this issue was settled, but apparently the struggle is not over. Please consider voting in the new poll, or adding a comment at: Talk:Nazism#Survey:_redirecting_National_Socialism. Also consider notifying other editors with an interest in this matter. I am doing the best I can, but need assistance. Thanks.--Cberlet 19:35, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Collapsable sections

Hi! You have done considerable work on the {{fascism}}. There has been considerable discussion on the issue of the collapsable sections of templates like that one. I created a centralized place for discussion about this issue here. I hope you can bring your views to the discussion. - C mon (talk) 18:32, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
