Don't forget to sign your comments. Putting four tildes at the end of your post ~~~~ will date and time stamp it, and also allow people to see who is commenting. Also, do not indiscriminately post the same text to multiple talk pages. It makes it hard to know what you're referencing, which makes reasoned discussion difficult. [edit] Thank you
Thank you for the tip. I tried to be sure I did everything properly. I will also remember not to post the same topic in multiple categories.

[edit] Userboxes
Nice userboxes. If you want, I can place some code in the VFW userbox and American Legion userbox that allows a user to specify a post number but won't appear unless a post number was specified. That way you don't need 2 different userboxes. --Dtbohrertalk•contribs 00:41, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks!! I don't know if I figured it out, by the time you offered, but feel free to. I consider myself still very new at this. I created 2 of each thinking that some folks wouldn't necessarily want to put a post number in and some would. Is there a way to track who has them linked other than from the image location? Again, thanks a million!! - DNCamper 15:28, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

- I added the code into the userboxes. You can get rid of the other two by putting the template {{db-author}} on the userbox pages. An admin will come around and delete them. If you want to track where there linked, on the left side of the page, right below the search box is the link "What links here". --Dtbohrertalk•contribs 17:53, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

- I've seen the Everything Erie wiki. It's a good idea but it appears to be only used to advertise (although I did find this gem, which I copied to wikipedia). --Dtbohrertalk•contribs 18:38, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
