[edit] Asteroid deflection strategies
We had an edit conflict & I think I resolved it Ok so as to include your improvement, as well as what I was doing. I think that some of the links I been finding may belong on other related articles, and I wish I could locate the archives of the article improvement drive, since I suspect there are suggestions there in the way of optimal "to do." Anyhow, I am glad to see there are other entusiasts working on this article. User:AlMac|(talk) 07:24, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] SCOTW project: Human genome

[edit] 1970 Ancash earthquake
I've reformatted the images on this article. You might want to adjust your review on Wikipedia:Article_assessment/Natural_disasters/1970_Ancash_earthquake. - Mgm|(talk) 10:12, 24 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Article Assessment
I was over at Article Assessment, and what I saw really interested me. I think I could be a good assessor; I have been around Wikipedia for years now, and I know what is good and what isn't. I also have done a fair amount of FAC critiquing, so I know what kind of things to look for. How do I get involved as an assessor? Thanks a lot! Batmanand | Talk 20:10, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks a lot! I have been to AA (that would sound bad if taken out of context!) and assessed a few articles. Hope it helps, and that my assessments were fair and sound. Roll on next week! Batmanand | Talk 01:22, 26 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hattrick Userbox
- Why did you remove the category link from the userbox? Isn't that just gonna hurt our case for keeping the category even more? -- GTWeasel 01:32, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
- Wait a second! I see what you did. You moved it to the noinclude section which means the template is part of the category, but no one who uses the template is in it. Is that want you meant to do? Now it seems even more counter-productive. -- GTWeasel 01:39, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] World Cup Video Game
hey thanks for gettin that back to the regular heading, i was actually about to do that but got sidetracked on the talk page giving my reason why it's important to be included. Appreciate it! Batman2005 23:28, 9 June 2006 (UTC)

Please feel free to evaluate the Libya article which has become a 'Featured Article Candidate' and write your support or opposition on Wikipedia:Featured article candidates. Hopefully Libya will become only the second African country to be featured on Wikipedia. Thanks --User:Jaw101ie 12:28, 16 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Articles you might like to edit, from SuggestBot
SuggestBot predicts that you will enjoy editing some of these articles. Have fun!
SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 03:31, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Redirects from tracks to albums
Hi DMurphy, I just happened to go through the Wikipedia:WikiProject Films/List of films without article checking for started articles and noticed Oil and Water (a 1913 film) turned blue, so I found the redirect. I checked for what links here and luckily there are two actors filmographies to fix the links in. I have no guidelines at hand, but if we connect all tracks of all albums to the album articles, it will get pretty messy after a while. Has the music project any guidelines on this issue? [edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Beijing2008.PNG)
Thanks for uploading Image:Beijing2008.PNG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 20:41, 11 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] 24 WikiProject
Hello there, I see you are on the 24 WikiProject. It's been quite dead for some time now, and me personally, I intend to revive it. I considered maybe even a 24 Portal, i see the project founder hasn't been on Wikipedia for nearly a year. What are your thoughts on the project? Are you still interested in it? And would you help revive it? Let me know, I would intend to help out a lot, maybe "take over" the founders position, well not take over, but possibly help lead the project? Was just a thought and I wanted your input. My talk page would be the best place. Cheers, Steve Crossin (talk) (anon talk) 19:17, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:ExtraLives AB Logo.gif
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:ExtraLives AB Logo.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Undeath (talk) 01:14, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
