This is a low-resolution image of the entire logo of Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.
Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to operate the race track
The logo is clearly used for educational illustration of the article about the race track and adds significantly to the article because it represents the subject.
It is not likely to cause any financial damage to the track.
Wikipedia is a non-profit organization, downstream providers who are not non-profit will need to consider whether they will take the risk in using this image.
In no way does it compete the copyright holders usage. It is prominently used on the company’s website as well as on numerous other websites.
