David Morton is the son of Zorine and Arnie Morton, founder of the Morton's Steakhouse chain and brother of Peter Morton founder of Hard Rock Cafe and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. He is the owner of Pompei, an Italian themed chain of casual restaurants located throughout Chicagoland.
