Hi there Dmitry - I was going to welcome you to Wikipedia, but then I noticed that someone else had before me - but that you had deleted it (strange). Anyway, welcome again - and anything that's confusing you, you can pop a note on my user page and I'll see if I can help. I just saw you added a few towns to the County Kildare page, and if you're going to concentrate on articles on places in Ireland, that would be great - many of them are quite poor for now. (Are you from Kildare by any chance?) Anyway, take care. Cormaggio @ 11:25, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, about that user comment thing, I updated the talk page with the template "please sign your comments" and accidentally deleted the comments, back then I was not familiar with the revert function either (we all have to start somewhere I guess :) ). I'm from Leixlip, in Kildare though I would consider myself a dub really. A lot of the town articles are quite poor, but the Leixlip one is great, worthy of a city never mind a suburb of 15,000. Anyway I'll have a look at the irish articles and maybe adding a few (I'm not that familiar with the Kildare towns unfortunately, but being a stats nerd noticed a few in the census that weren't there, some of which had bigger populations than the smaller villages mentioned, so it made sense to add them.)Dmitry 00:52, 27 May 2006 (UTC)

Sure, and thanks. In case you hadn't figured it out, you can always retrieve anything fom a page's history, by going into that version, going into edit mode (despite the warnings), copying what you need, cancelling the edit and going back to the present version, and pasting it in. On Ireland-related articles, you can keep abreast of general developments through the Wikipedia:Irish Wikipedians' notice board. Oh, and I'm originally from Kildare myself, by the way, Ballymore Eustace to be precise, down by the Wicklow border, where the Liffey is a bit narrower :-) - though also consider myself a Dub-by-adoption.
