- There's no official joining procedure. Just add your name to the list at Wikipedia:WikiProject Latvia#User collaboration/interested Wikipedians. If you like, you can also add {{User:Xil/User WikiProject Latvia}} to your user page, in order to show your affiliation (this is also good for a quick shortcut to the project page!).
