Dmitry Volkov (born March 30, 1966) is a former breaststroke swimmer from the Soviet Union, who won three medals at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, including the bronze in the 100m Breaststroke. He competed in two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1988.
