Dmitrijs Mihailovs (born 21 August 1987 in Latvia) is a football defender from Latvia who currently plays for FK Liepājas Metalurgs.

Mihailovs started his career at Venta Ventspils, playing seven games for them in the Virslīga in 2005.[1] In the 2006 season Mihailovs played for the FK Liepājas Metalurgs-2 team in the 1st līga scoring two goals.[2] He played one match for Liepājas Metalurgs in 2007[1] and also played in the Quarter Finals second leg of the Baltic League 2007, against Estonian club, FC Narva Trans on 4 July 2007.[3]
