Dmitri Vladimirovich Kuznetsov

Dmitri Vladimirovich Kuznetsov, a former Russian car mechanic, was arrested in Moscow for distributing thousands child pornography films that were traced back to him by British Customs and police and the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department. He was released in an amnesty to clear overcrowded prisons.^[1]
