Dmitri Leonidović Radchenko (Russian: Дмитрий Леонидович Радченко; born 2 December 1970) is a retired Russian football player.

He played for a few clubs, including Zenit Leningrad, Spartak Moscow, Racing Santander (Spain), Deportivo La Coruña (Spain) and Jubilo Iwata (Japan).

He played for the Russia national football team and was a participant at the 1994 FIFA World Cup, where he scored a goal in match against Cameroon.

Currently Radchenko is a children's coach in Spain.
