Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, John Farrar, Esq., of Croxton, Lincolnshire, and St. Mary, Aldermanbury, London, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it will shortly be removed (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Your first article. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. --Orange Mike | Talk 18:14, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

Please be aware that Wikipedia is not a genealogical database. Unless a person is notable, they will have no place here. If they are notable, then the articles have to comply with our standards of verifiability, of reliable sourcing of claims, and of encyclopedic style. At this point, the articles which you created and which did meet the first notability screening, still fail badly on the other standards. Please clean them up. (I'll just add that Richardson's abbreviations for his citations are somewhat overcryptic, and should probably be expanded in order to be of use to modern scholars such as we seek to be.) --Orange Mike | Talk 18:24, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

Overcryptic is a major understatement, but I have been able to locate most of his sources on most issues via the internet.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Dlkeller999 (talkcontribs)

Now that I know how to sign things (I'm brand new to Wikipedia as well)...--Dlkeller999 (talk) 20:38, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] "... a member of the Society for Creative Anachronisms"?

Might I inquire how you are y-clept in these Current Middle Ages? --Lord Inali of Tanasi, GDH | Talk 20:01, 30 May 2008 (UTC) (playing since A.S. VI)

[edit] y-clept in the Kingdom of Caid

I am a very new Newcomer to civilized society, known simply as Keller de Asheville.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Dlkeller999 (talkcontribs)

[edit] Signature reminder

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button Image:Signature_icon.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --Orange Mike | Talk 20:34, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
