[edit] History
In the 1860’s, three Swiss entrepreneurs sailed east to Asia. Independently and within a few years of each other, Wilhelm Heinrich Diethelm set off for Singapore, Edward Anton Keller for the Philippines and Hermann Siber for Yokohama. Over the years, they established flourishing trading-houses which, over decades, evolved into major players in South East Asia, in China, in the eastern Asian Pacific region and in Japan. In the year 2000, fourth-generation representatives of the Diethelm Group and the Keller Group formally joined forces. In 2002, Diethelm Keller Services Asia came together with SiberHegner to create the leading Market Expansion Services company with a unique pan-Asian network coverage: DKSH.
