CoActiv Capital Partners partnership-driven financial services company that focuses on the four distinct market segments of Healthcare, Technology, Financial Institutions, and Construction & Industrial. CoActiv provides private label capital financing and customized sales-aid programs for manufacturers and commercial banks.

CoActiv Capital Partners’ main headquarters is located outside Philadelphia in Horsham, Pennsylvania. In Canada, CoActiv’s headquarters is in the greater Toronto area. CoActiv is a subsidiary of Marubeni America Corporation, headquartered in New York City. Marubeni America Corporation, (MAC) is the most profitable, non-domestic subsidiary of the Marubeni Group, that acquired CoActiv in December 2006. MAC has 25 subsidiary and affiliated companies in the United States and Canada. Headquartered in Tokyo, Corporation is one of the world’s largest companies and is involved in wide-ranging business fields. Marubeni owns all or part of over 500 companies worldwide, is located in 74 countries with 5,244 employees, and has annual sales in excess of $74 billion.
